Life has been heavy recently, but it has also nudged me to choose a new direction. For a long time I have wanted to help people who feel overwhelmed and stretched in too many directions, but I never quite felt ready to share that publicly.
Yesterday I posted a small teaser on social media. Today I want to share the full story.
Over the years I have learned how to rebuild clarity, calm and a better way of working. These systems have helped me through some of the most challenging times of my life in the past twenty years, including raising children, working multiple jobs, divorce and redundancy. They brought me focus and steadiness when everything else was uncertain.
Now I am opening up 1:1 Productivity and Agile Coaching for people who want that same clarity and calm.
What this coaching is about
This is not about squeezing more into the day or pushing harder. It is about building a sustainable rhythm for work and life.
Together we will work on:
- capturing everything that matters
- reducing overwhelm and cognitive load
- organising tasks in a simple, human way
- planning weeks with more calm and confidence
- building systems that genuinely fit your real life
- finding space to breathe again
This is an 8 to 12 week coaching journey that blends personal productivity, Agile principles, practical tools and real-world compassion.
This is the system I have been using and refining for years. It has helped me stay calm and organised through some very challenging chapters of my life over the past twenty years, including raising children, working multiple jobs, divorce and redundancy. It is practical, gentle and designed for real life – not for perfect circumstances.
Start with a clarity call
If this sounds like something you might need, I would love to talk.
I am offering a free 30 minute clarity call to explore what you need and whether working together would be helpful.
There is no pressure or commitment. Just a conversation.
This feels like the right next chapter for me, and I am grateful to everyone who has encouraged me to take this step.
