Well, I’m now back safe and sound from the Scotland On Rails conference in Edinburgh.
It wasn’t quite what my colleague ‘Dougal’ and I had expected: more hardcore, über-geek coding than show-and-tell, which is what I’m more used to from Web design conferences, but still there were some absolute gems (no pun intended).
I’ll no doubt blog more about it, either here or at the other place.

Hi Gareth,
I hope you got something out of it, even if not exactly what you expected 🙂 Would more show and tell have been useful ? We welcome any feedback on the event (+ve or -ve) so we can make it better next year.
Thanks for coming !
