I’ve just installed Twitteroo. Looks quite good. (I spotted it on Brian Kelly’s blog.)
It’s a desktop client for Twitter, saves me having to visit the website.

Interesting. Have you encountered the jabber interface instead?
No, since I don’t use Jabber. I use Windows Live Messenger, with various add-ons, tweaks, patches and the like. 🙂

I may try jabber, I use Pidgin which is pretty minimal to be honest.
I have a Twitter account somewhere, I think I’d use it more if I had a Ubuntu Twitteroo
