Deadline … dead PC

This is going to be an interesting morning at work for the following reasons:

  1. I have a project deadline today
  2. Yesterday my PC developed a serious hardware fault and now refuses to boot

Hopefully our excellent techie team can magic me up a replacement machine. This will be — I think — my fifth PC since beginning in May 2006. 🙂

  1. You shouldn’t’ve told it about impending deadlines. Don’t you know it’s a fundamental feature of PCs that as soon as they realise they’re actually needed for business, they curl up and die out of boredom?

“I could’ve been an nvidia geforce playing OpenArena … all I got is this lousy Outlook on my display”

  2. poor thing.
the PC that is, not you :p

I have an excellent, if cumbersome, idea.
Bring your home PC to work!
You had your old one for how long?
