Got home from a few days away at Loch Rannoch in rural Perthshire (no WiFi, no LAN connection, no DAB radio , no FM radio, no O2 mobile signal … nightmare!) to discover that
- the boiler wasn’t working (is now, thankfully)
- my main blog and website are down
- I have no email
- There is a housefly in my study … in November?!
I’ll blog more about the holiday at the other place. Just as soon as the other place is live again.

Sounds like a well needed break from the technologically filled life you lead.
Funny thing is that when I hoover over the “snap shot” of the Other Place, the feed hasn’t updated.
