A while back I linked to the online Rasterbator, a service that allows you to upload an image only for it to spit back at you a bigger, half-tone version in PDF format.
Well now … there’s a downloadable version of The Rasterbator (852 KB, PC exe).

Brilliant! I was hoping they’d release something like this!
A quick note – the program wouldn’t work for me to start with, until I downloaded and installed the Microsoft .NET 1.1 Framework. There’s a link to this at the top of the readme file.
