	Summary:
	Single-click shortcut to shutdown Windows 98 rather than going 
	through the START | Shut Down... dialog.


	Action:
	1.	Right-click on desktop and select New | Shortcut

	2.	In Command Line type 
			rundll32 shell32,SHExitWindowsEx n

		Where n is:

		0 - LOGOFF
		1 - SHUTDOWN
		2 - REBOOT
		3 - SHUTDOWN + REBOOT (same as 2)
		4 - FORCE
		5 - FORCE + SHUTDOWN (same as 4)
		6 - FORCE + REBOOT
		7 - FORCE + SHUTDOWN + REBOOT (same as 6)
		8 - POWEROFF
		9 - POWEROFF + SHUTDOWN (same as 8)
		10 - POWEROFF + REBOOT (same as 2)
		11 - POWEROFF + SHUTDOWN + REBOOT (same as 2)
		12 - POWEROFF + FORCE
		13 - POWEROFF + FORCE + SHUTDOWN (same as 12)
		14 - POWEROFF + FORCE + REBOOT (same as 6)
		15 - POWEROFF + FORCE + SHUTDOWN + REBOOT (same as 6)

	3.	Give the shortcut the name "Shutdown" or similar to 
		reflect its action.

	4.	Click Finish.


	Note:
	This shortcut will carry-out the command *immediately*. You will not
	be given a confirmation dialog as you get when you exit via START |
	Shut Down...
